Arrival & departure
Arrivals - Plan to arrive at Ballyhack Golf Club on Sunday, September 14 in the early afternoon. Event check-in begins at 3 PM but you can arrive early if you want to squeeze in a practice round* before the tournament.
Departures - Cottage check-out is requested by 10 AM, or in advance of golf Tuesday*. You are welcome to leave your packed luggage in the cottage foyer. Ballyhack’s staff will assist with transporting luggage to the main clubhouse for departure.
*If you'd like to play a round or two outside of the scheduled tournament, please plan your travel accordingly and indicate your interest when registering.
Packing tip: use Ship Sticks
If you don't want to deal with oversized luggage, ship your clubs to Ballyhack ahead of time through Ship Sticks.
Ground transportation
We’ve got you covered. Ground transportation will be arranged between Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport (ROA) and Ballyhack on both arrival and departure days.
If you're flying to Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU), please note that you’ll need to rent a car at your own expense.
Air travel
Guests are responsible for booking and covering the cost of airfare to and from the tournament.
