I was born and raised in El Paso, TX (The 915) and earned my BS in Health Science & Business Administration from UTEP. Before joining Embark, I built my career in Finance and Internal Audit at healthcare systems across the DFW Metroplex, where I developed a deep appreciation for how the right processes and people make organizations actually work.

At Embark, I've worn various hats from consulting and advisory roles to progressive leadership positions that led me to my current seat as Head of HR & Dallas Market Leader. What I'm most proud of is building organizations where growth, culture, and execution reinforce one another. I get to partner with executive leadership to translate big vision into real, scalable results. People, process, and technology is where I thrive.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active: strength training, running, and boxing are my outlets. I recently completed a 50-mile ultramarathon (the hardest thing I've ever done). When I'm not training, I'm spending time with my wife & life partner, our two Westies, and cruising around town on our Vespa.
