I grew up and built my career in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. I earned both my B.S. in Finance and my Master of Accountancy from Arizona State University, then launched my career at Deloitte, where I spent several years serving public and private clients across real estate, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare. At Deloitte, I developed deep expertise in technical accounting research, financial statement review, internal controls, and PCAOB and AICPA standards — giving me a rigorous foundation in what it really means to get accounting right.

At Embark, I've had the opportunity to bring that foundation to life in a way that's genuinely impactful for clients. As a Director, I've worked with both public and private companies across SaaS, technology, marketplace, and retail industries, helping them navigate some of the most complex accounting challenges — from ASC 842 lease implementations and ASC 326 credit loss adoptions to technical memos on debt and equity financing, stock-based compensation, derivatives, goodwill impairment, revenue recognition, and acquisition accounting. I currently serve in our National Office where I assist engagement teams with technical accounting issues to make sure our work stands up to the highest scrutiny.

Outside of work, you'll find me soaking up the outdoors and being active — hiking trails, paddleboarding bays, and getting as much fresh air as I can. My favorite adventures, though, are the ones with my husband, our two kids, and our dog by my side.
