Laura Neal brings more than 20 years of revenue growth and sales leadership experience to her role as Chief Revenue Officer at Embark. A seasoned executive in the accounting and finance advisory space, Laura has spent her career building high-performing teams, deepening strategic partnerships, and driving sustained commercial growth across professional services organizations.

Before joining Embark, Laura founded Ambitious Venture, an executive coaching and leadership advisory firm. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles spanning more than 13 years in the accounting and finance advisory space, where she led a major U.S. market, managed Fortune 500 client relationships, and oversaw national accounts and strategic alliances. She began her career at EY.

As CRO, Laura leads Embark's growth initiatives, expands strategic partnerships, and oversees the firm's end-to-end commercial strategy. She is focused on scaling Embark's presence across key markets and deepening cross-service adoption to support long-term, sustainable growth.

Laura is driven by a belief that great firms grow by delivering real value, and she joins Embark at a pivotal moment in the firm's national expansion.
