I grew up in Potomac, Maryland and graduated from Duke University, where I played tennis. My career spans investment banking, private equity, and corporate development, with a focus on driving strategic growth through acquisitions and transformation initiatives.
Before joining Embark, I served as Head of Corporate Development at Accordion Partners, a financial and technology consulting firm, where I led strategic M&A and expansion efforts.
Prior to Accordion, I oversaw acquisitions for Transformations Care Network, a behavioral health company, executing a multi-state roll-up of psychiatry and therapy clinics. Earlier in my career, I was a Senior Investment Manager at Ardian, a global private equity firm, evaluating and executing investments across the industrials and business services sectors. I also held investing roles at J.H. Whitney, focusing on healthcare, consumer, and industrial businesses, after beginning my career in Goldman Sachs’ Industrials Investment Banking group.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my one-year-old daughter, my hopeful future tennis star, my wife and our 7lb Maltipoo, Cookie. I still find time to get on the tennis and pickleball courts, reliving my competitive days. A personal highlight I’ll always hold onto: having once been a practice partner of Serena and Venus Williams.
