Originally from El Paso, I obtained my BBA and Masters in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. After taking the CPA exam, I moved to Dallas where I began my career with EY in the audit practice.
There I worked primarily in the software / technology industry, but also on health care and real estate clients. After three years in Dallas with EY, I moved back to Austin where I worked for a software company in a revenue accounting role. At Embark, I enjoy building relationships with clients and solving problems – the things we do best!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring the Austin restaurant scene, and being with friends and family, including my fiancé and our golden retriever, Ruby.
