I was born and raised in the south of Brazil. I lived there until I was 14 years old until my family made the move to the United States. I got my double Accounting and Finance Bachelor’s degree and my Master’s in Accounting both from Florida State University. After graduation, I moved to Tampa, FL and have been calling it home since.

I began my audit career at Deloitte, where I stayed for 7 years, and primarily supported a Fortune 50 public insurance company, and managing investment-related audit areas. I also led internal CPE training sessions, building deep expertise in internal controls, financial reporting, technical accounting, and project management.

At Embark, I've helped grow our Tampa market from the very start. I've worked on clients big and small, public and private, remote and on location. What I enjoyed the most was building relationships both within clients and internal teams, problem solving, and creating efficiencies without compromising quality. I joined Embark to continue to positively impact our clients.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active, traveling, hanging out with my son and wife, and playing fetch with our corgi Luna.
