At Restaurant Olivia, your evening blends class and cuisine: craft fresh pasta from scratch with expert guidance, then enjoy a multi-course dinner inspired by Italy’s regional kitchens. House-made pastas, seasonal ingredients, and a curated Italian wine list set the tone for an intimate, unhurried experience. During the hands-on session, you’ll mix your own dough, roll it out, and cut it into classic shapes—wearing an apron that’s yours to keep. Charcuterie snacks will be served while you work. You’ll also take home a jar of your handmade pasta with sauce to enjoy at a later date. After a brief intermission while the room is refreshed, we’ll reconvene for dinner.
