Jason Larkin

Jason started his career in Deloitte’s audit practice, later moving to EY where he spent over five of his 14 years with the firm as FAAS Senior Manager.


As Embark’s Dallas Market President, Jason leads our DFW-area consultants while also routinely meeting with executives to better understand how to solve their unique challenges.



 

Jana Gregory

Jana began her career in PwC's Assurance practice, specifically the Banking & Capital Markets group based in New York, performing audits of registered broker-dealers and employee benefit plans

 

Thereafter, she spent 3 and a half years in PwC's Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services group, assisting clients in various industries through transactions, such as IPOs and divestitures, and other complex technical accounting matters under both US GAAP and IFRS

Josh Gertsch

Josh is a Senior Industry Principal at Workiva. Previously, Josh served as a Director of Finance and Controller for Backcountry.com, a private equity owned, online retailer of outdoor products, and as a Senior Manager for KPMG, a multinational professional services leader.

 

His experience includes multiple initial and secondary offerings, business combinations and mergers, financial statement audits, SOX audits and implementation, management reporting, income and sales taxes, treasury, insurance, and systems integrations.
