I have spent most of my career recruiting financial advisors. After graduating from the University of Florida, I moved to Tampa to become one myself. After two years of the grind with Morgan Stanley , I realized I was more interested in pursuing other roles and joined the Business Development team with Raymond James. I spent almost fourteen years helping advisors overcoming the hurdles of becoming independent contractors.

In 2021,  I took an opportunity with Fisher Investments to recruit people to the sales role at the firm. It was here that I was contacted by Paul Allen about the opportunity with Embark. After taking a deep dive, I realized this is the type of company that presents a refreshing opportunity to those looking for change.

I live in Tampa with my wife, Stacey, and young daughters, Carter Claire and Margot. While not at work I spend most of my time helping my wife manage the upbringing of two daughters. I enjoy golfing, grilling, concerts, travel and all things having to do with the Florida Gators. Lately I have been known to attend gymnastics meets for my girls.
