Hello! I am originally from the Dallas/Fort Worth area (Plano), but I also lived in Austin for a total of 13 years, including time earning my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

I started my professional career with Deloitte in the audit practice, working out of the Austin office for a total of six years, serving a variety of industries, including manufacturing, government, insurance, oil & gas, retail, distribution, utilities, hospitality, and higher education clients. I then shifted into accounting leadership for a multi-national golf retailer, helping manage the accounting & reporting functions for a few years.

I have been here at Embark in the Dallas office since 2017, and have served our clients in various capacities, both in consulting and outsourced accounting. Currently, I utilize my broad accounting experience to lead the Outsourced Accounting group, partnering with our team to provide clients a high-quality level of service.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, son, and daughter. I’m involved with my local church, and thoroughly enjoy running, soccer, boxing, and attending as many sporting events as possible.
