Howdy! I was born and raised in Plano, Texas and eventually ended up at the University of Arkansas (WOO PIG) where I obtained both my Bachelors & Masters Degree in Accounting.
After completing my degree in 2017, I moved back to Dallas and started at Ernst & Young in their assurance practice. In my first few years at EY, I worked in multiple industries (real estate, retail, health care, oil & gas) until I promoted to senior where I became focused in the Energy Industry. I worked on both public and private clients throughout my tenure at EY thus offering me an array of beneficial experience. During my time at EY, I found myself placing focus on developing and maintaining productive working relationships with the audit client personnel, assessing client satisfaction, and proactively maintaining contact with the client throughout the year.
After being approached by a former colleague of mine that worked at Embark, I knew that I could thrive in a consulting role within a firm that focuses on their people.
Outside of work I am a huge sports fanatic with unrealistic expectations of the Dallas Cowboys every year. If I could join the PGA tour, I would. But being realistic, I don't think a tour card is in the stars for me. I love spending time with my family as well as being outdoors hunting/fishing.
