I have approximately 12 years of public accounting experience and enjoy working with clients to ensure their compliance with financial reporting requirements and the complex laws and regulations that persist in today's environment.
I serve as the lead consultant on firm advisory engagements, specializing in subject areas including business combinations, complex debt and equity instruments, equity compensation, lease accounting and revenue recognition.
I also have experience assisting clients with net working capital settlement disputes, process improvements, and preparation of financial statements.
