I was born and raised in Dallas, TX. The oldest of five, I was the first to go to college in my immediate family. I attended the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) and graduated with my BS in Accounting and Finance and my MS in Accounting.
After graduating, I moved to San Antonio, where I started my audit career with EY. Being in a new city and on my own, pushed me out of my bubble and helped me develop both professional and personal skills I did not know I had. During my time in San Antonio, I mainly focused on public oil and gas clients and developed valuable teaming, problem solving, and coaching skills. After two years, I continued my EY journey in the Dallas office, diving into private clients as well as the health care and real estate industries. At Embark, I am able to use my soft skills and technical knowledge to collaborate with clients and find solutions to their problems.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, hiking, befriending dogs and trying out new restaurants. You may occasionally find me binge-watching Criminal Minds, re-watching Marvel movies, or strolling through the aisles of Target.
